1958
The founder, Giuseppe Ferrari, set up the company Cosmar producing stainless steel tools for the chemical industries such as desks, aspiration hoods and several other tools.
1970
The first under vacuum turbo emulsifier, use capacity 4000 litres was produced, and it is still working in a long established company in Milan
1986
The founder’s son and qualified Engineer, Daniele Ferrari enters the Company and the company becomes Nuova Cosmar s.r.l.
From then onwards the production became diversified and expanded from under vacuum turbo emulsifiers, to open air mixers, to fat smelter and powder mixers, and finally to a complete fully functioning plant, ready to be used.
